Air France - Vols AF422. Meet at Roissy CDG Airport on Monday, March 9th at 11:30 AM. Terminal 2E in front of the check-in counter for your flight.
 Flight take-off  is set at 14:25 pm, arriving in Bogota at 19:25 pm on March 09.
Return: 
Air France airline - AF 423 departing from Bogota on Friday 13. Take-off at 21:35. The landing time in Paris is 1:55 PM on Saturday, March 14th
Luggage:  You can check in a 23kg suitcase and bring a small 12kg carry-on bag.

We thank you for organizing your transfer to Paris Charles de Gaulle airport by your own means. This trip may be the subject of an expense report for you but will remain at your expense for your guest. If you need to book a hotel room at Roissy the day before departure, it may also appear on your expense report.

Formalities 
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your return date and have at least two blank pages. For French, Belgian, Swiss and other European Union nationals, no visa is required. For other nationalities, please contact us.

Climate: March corresponds to the dry season in most of the country: Bogotá (2,640 m): 10–19 °C, occasional showers; Cartagena: 25–31 °C, hot and dry climate
Voltage: 110 V - Plan to have a Type A or Type B adapter
Health: Routine vaccines up to date + COVID-19. Hepatitis A: strongly recommended. Plan for mosquito protection (dengue, chikungunya). 
Dress code: Make sure you wear comfortable, light clothes and bring a white outfit for a special evening.

Important: How to extend your stay

For all requests to extend your stay, please take into account the following conditions: 
• Only the outbound or return leg of the group flight can be postponed 
• No change of route will be possible, only the dates 
• No modification of the domestic flight will be possible, only the international flight (Paris/Bogota/Paris) is modifiable 
• Any change will be subject to a minimum fee of €50 + any potential fare adjustment communicated by the airline at the time of the request
• The change will be subject to availability at the time of confirmation of the additional fee by email on your part. 
• Any additional fee approved by you must be paid by bank transfer to the travel agency at the time of booking the ticket. 
• No fees related to your request will be covered by CEGID. 
 The travel agency is only responsible for modifying your international flight. Any other changes (accommodation, activities, transfers, etc.) must be handled on your own.
