Air France Company. Flight AF442. Meeting point at Roissy CDG Airport on Monday, March 20 at 7:30 a.m. Terminal 2E in front of the Air France counter. 
The departure of the flight is scheduled at 10:40 a.m. with an expected arrival in Rio de Janeiro at 6:15 p.m. 
Return: 
Air France company. Flight AF443 from Rio de Janeiro. Departure at 8:40 pm and arrival at Paris CDG at 11:55 am on Saturday March 25. 
Luggage: you can take a 23kg suitcase in the hold plus a small piece of luggage in the cabin.

We thank you for organizing your transfer to Paris Charles de Gaulle airport by your own means. This trip may be the subject of an expense report for you but will remain at your expense for your guest. 

Formalities 
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your return date and have at least two blank pages. For French, Belgian, Swiss and other European Union nationals, no visa is required. For other nationalities, please contact us. 

You can take a 23kg suitcase plus a small piece of luggage in the cabin.

Health: No vaccinations are required but it is recommended to be up to date with your French mandatory vaccinations.
Dress code: Bring comfortable and light clothes for the day and covering clothes for the evenings which can be cool.
To bring: Bathing suit, sun cream, hat, sunglasses, sportswear, sneakers, rain gear, small backpack for excursions, beach towel ...

Covid

If you are vaccinated, the Brazilian authorities require that you present to your airline, at the time of boarding, a certificate of vaccination, printed or electronic, with a vaccine recognized by the Brazilian health agency (Anvisa), by the World Health Organization (WHO), or by the health authorities of the country where the vaccination was performed. It must include your name, the name of the vaccine or its manufacturer, the batch numbers of the doses applied and the dates of application. The traveler must have a complete vaccination schedule (single or two doses) at least 14 days before boarding.
If you are not vaccinated, you must present to your airline, at the time of boarding, a document in Portuguese, Spanish or English, attesting to the performance of an antigenic test or a PCR test with a negative result to Covid-19. The test must be performed less than 24 hours before boarding.
